You can apply for your new electricity connection online through the 'Mo Bidyut' portal. Under this initiative, consumers can obtain new electricity connection, pay their electricity bills and lodge their grievances online. Once the application for new electricity connection is submitted, Permanent Connections up to 5KW (Single Phase) are provided within 48 Hours of the submission of Application and receipt of full payment.
